After years of resistance, Chesham Town Council has finally agreed to allow wildflowers to grow in a small part of the cemetery on a year's trial.

The Green Party registered a healthy 1,656 votes in the Chesham and Amersham constituency at the recent General Election, an increase of nearly 50% on their 2001 result.
